Location: GianyarAbout the role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Admin to join the team at Yayasan Stella Mundi Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Gianyar, Bali and will play a vital part in supporting our HR and training functions.
What you'll be doing
Manage and maintain employee records, including onboarding, personnel files, and offboarding processesAssist with the coordination and delivery of training programs for our employeesProvide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to inquiriesContribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresLiaise with external stakeholders, such as training providers and regulatory bodies, as neededSupport the wider administrative functions of the organisation as requiredWhat we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support roleStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication and able to work in teamDiscipline and professional attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skill with English and Bahasa, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levelsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordExperience in training coordination and delivery would be an advantageKnowledge of HR policies and procedures, and a keen interest in HR and trainingCurrently residing in Bali or Gianyar areaAble to join immediatelyWhat we offer
