About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Admin to join the team at Yayasan Stella Mundi Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in Gianyar, Bali and will play a vital part in supporting our HR and training functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain employee records, including onboarding, personnel files, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs for our employees
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and responding to inquiries
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as training providers and regulatory bodies, as needed
  • Support the wider administrative functions of the organisation as required
  • What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and able to work in team
  • Discipline and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill with English and Bahasa, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience in training coordination and delivery would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and a keen interest in HR and training
  • Currently residing in Bali or Gianyar area
  • Able to join immediately
