SENIOR HR GENERALIST (Recruitment & Payroll)

About the role

PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall human resources function of our growing organisation. This full‑time position will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of key HR initiatives that directly impact our valued employees.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, and hiring candidates in line with the company’s requirements
• Provide accurate and timely employee data support for payroll processing
• Prepare, administer, and monitor employee employment contracts (PKWT), including contract renewals and documentation
• Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Implement, monitor, and enforce company policies, rules, and employee discipline in accordance with company regulations
• Conduct new hire induction training and coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
• Ensure the availability of general office and employee necessities (such as stationery, medical supplies, and other operational needs)
• Manage and monitor company‑issued employee assets, including distribution, tracking, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2‑4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about contributing to the growth and development of the organisation
