Position:
People and Organizational Development Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Learning & Development, or People Development
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, and talent development frameworks
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development and OD/PD programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data, engagement surveys, and KPIs
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset with strong execution capability and collaboration skills
  • Willing to work from our office at Alam Sutera (WFO policy)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organization Development & Change Management: Lead organization development initiatives including culture transformation, organizational design, and change management aligned with business strategy.
  • Learning & People Development Programs: Design, implement, and manage people development programs covering leadership development, capability building, and succession planning.
  • Organizational Diagnosis & Analysis: Conduct organizational assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with leaders and managers to act as a strategic advisor on organizational effectiveness and people development initiatives.
  • Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Monitor, evaluate, and improve OD/PD programs using KPIs, engagement data, and effectiveness metrics.
