Sebuah perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Tangerang Selatan sedang mencari HR Specialist F&B yang dinamis dan proaktif untuk mengembangkan serta mengelola sistem HR. Tanggung jawab termasuk rekrutmen, pengelolaan payroll, dan manajemen kinerja karyawan. Diperlukan S1 dalam Psikologi atau Manajemen SDM, dengan minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang HR, diutamakan dari industri F&B. Kandidat harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mahir menggunakan Ms.
Excel serta sistem HRIS.
