HR Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the Human Resources function from the ground up in a growing machine distribution company. This role ensures that people, structure, and policies support business growth through data-driven, analytical, and well-organized HR practices.

The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to management while also handling hands‑on execution during the early stage of HR department formation.

• Design and implement end‑to‑end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
• Conduct organizational mapping and workforce planning aligned with business strategy
• Develop and maintain HR data, dashboards, and reports for management decision‑making
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes for operational, technical, and managerial roles
• Design and implement performance management and appraisal systems (OKR)
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
• Partner with management to support leadership development and succession planning
• Act as a change agent to support organizational growth and cultural development
