Hr Ga Assistant Manager

Manage and develop the HRIS system (Sunfish), payroll processes, employee data administration, and Compensation & Benefits.

Process, collect, and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making.

Plan, organize, and execute company activities and employee events.

Manage General Affairs (GA) operations effectively and efficiently.

Provide coaching and counseling to employees.

Ensure the implementation of company policies in compliance with labor regulations.

Coordinate with management and related departments to support overall company operations.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop an annual training calendar.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or a supervisory role.

Proven experience in managing General Affairs (GA) operations.

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.

Experience in the food or basic goods industry is a plus.

Proficient in HRIS systems (Sunfish) and Compensation & Benefits management.

Strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint), data collection, and data analysis skills.

Experience in organizing and executing company or employee events.

Good knowledge of Labor Law and employment regulations.

Strong communication skills with experience in coaching and counseling.
