About the role
PT Mirael Natural Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our human resources function, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support the continued growth of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Oversee all aspects of the human resources lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices that align with our company values and support our business objectives
- Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce planning needs and design innovative talent management solutions
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive employee engagement and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment
- Compliance:
Ensuring all company policies align with Law No. 6 of 2023 (Job Creation) and its derivative regulations (PP 35 & PP 36) - Recruitment & Selection:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and Manpower Planning strategies - Performance & Talent:
Managing KPI/OKR systems, Succession Planning, and talent development - Compensation & Benefits:
Overseeing Payroll, Wage Scale Structure, and BPJS administration (Understanding the PPh 21 TER scheme) - HRIS & Data:
Optimizing the use of the HRIS system for data efficiency and periodic reporting - Industrial Relations:
Handling industrial relations, auditing Company Regulations, and the layoff process in accordance with legal procedures
- Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management - Experience:
Minimum of 5-8 years in HR, with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial level - Regulatory Expertise (Required):
In-depth understanding of Law No. 6 2023 and the latest regulations - Able to operate and interpret Psychological Test Tools
- Experienced in managing HRIS systems (Talenta/SAP/etc.) and proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Certification:
Preferred certification from the National Agency for the Protection of Human Resources (BNSP) for HR Managers or Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) - Technical
Skills:
Proficient in the latest version of severance pay calculations and the use of government reporting systems (WLKP, SIPP BPJS, etc.)
