Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Supervisor; preferably from the manufacturing industry (FMCG or Cosmetics is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and the latest labor regulations.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills while remaining empathetic in managing factory workforce dynamics.
- Experienced in payroll management and familiar with HRIS systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
