Job Description

We are looking for a structured and proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations. This role focuses on building efficient HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

You will play a key role in organizing recruitment funnels, improving onboarding experiences, and tracking key HR metrics to support company growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews coordination, offer preparation)
  • Build and maintain a structured candidate funnel system
  • Improve and standardize onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee data and HR documentation
  • Support performance tracking and career path visibility
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with managers on workforce planning needs
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Requirements
  • 2–4 years experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable handling HR data and basic reporting
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Familiar with HR systems or ATS is a plus
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations is preferred

Salary for this position will be between rp  and  net
