HR & Culture Officer

Our client is a Bali-based regenerative wellness company specializing in premium moringa products. They operate an integrated business model that includes organic moringa farms, a licensed production facility, and a corporate office, ensuring full control over quality from cultivation to finished goods. With a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and health innovation, the company combines regenerative agriculture with modern manufacturing to serve both local and international markets.

They are located in Umalas, Bali.

We are looking for a structured and proactive HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations. This role focuses on building efficient HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring smooth workforce management.

You will play a key role in organizing recruitment funnels, improving onboarding experiences, and tracking key HR metrics to support company growth.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (screening, interviews coordination, offer preparation)
• Build and maintain a structured candidate funnel system
• Improve and standardize onboarding processes
• Maintain employee data and HR documentation
• Support performance tracking and career path visibility
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with managers on workforce planning needs
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

• 2–4 years experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfortable handling HR data and basic reporting
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Familiar with HR systems or ATS is a plus
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations is preferred
