Currently, we are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager that serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met with precision and high-quality talent. You will manage the end-to-end relationship with partner companies, translating their business goals into actionable recruitment strategies while overseeing the internal "Talent Acquisition" pipeline to ensure timely delivery.
What You Will Do:Act as the dedicated advisor for our clients (partners), understanding their company culture, technical requirements, and long-term hiring roadmapsConduct regular "Sync Meetings" to provide updates on active searches and gather feedback on candidate qualityDraft "Ideal Candidate Profiles" based on client briefingsCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to prioritise roles and ensure the sourcing strategy aligns with client expectationsReview candidates provided by the TA team before presenting them to the clientManage the interview lifecycle, from coordinating schedules to gathering post-interview feedback from both the client and the candidateProvide market insights to clients (e.g., salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor analysis)Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed "Talents," acting as a mediator for any initial integration issuesIdentify opportunities to expand the agency’s services within existing client accounts (Upselling/Cross-selling)Monitor "Talent" performance and satisfaction during the overall period to ensure high retention ratesRequirements:
3+ years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Agency RecruitmentExceptional English verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple "moving parts" and high-volume roles simultaneouslyExperience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools (like Go High Level or Hub Spot)Willing to work according to Australian TimePerks and Benefits:
