HR Operation Analyst Indonesia Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment of Influx’s organisational and compensation data, providing data-driven insights to support organisation design, workforce planning, performance reviews, and compensation benchmarking in close collaboration with HR leadership and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and maintenance of clear, up-to‑date job descriptions and organisational structures.
  • Ensure accuracy of role data, reporting lines, and titles in HR systems (People App).
  • Analyse team structures, workloads, and spans of control to support workforce planning.
  • Collect, clean, and maintain internal and external salary data for benchmarking and reporting.
  • Maintain compensation trackers, dashboards, and payroll‑impacting data with high accuracy.
  • Research and monitor local minimum wage regulations to ensure compliance across all locations.
  • Support the setup and administration of performance review cycles, including salary and bonus updates.
  • Assist with HR data requests, audits, and ad‑hoc projects as needed.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify anomalies.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing payroll‑impacting and compensation‑related data.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding role scope, structure, and compensation topics.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential people data in a global environment.
Bonus Point/Preferred
  • Experience with HR systems, people data platforms, or compensation tools.
  • Background or exposure to workforce analytics, organisation design, or compensation benchmarking.
  • Basic programming or automation skills for data handling and reporting.util
