FINNS Beach Club is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Talent Officer (Daily Worker Specialist) to support the recruitment and employee administration of our Daily Worker workforce. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Daily Worker hiring process, ensuring employee records are accurately maintained, and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering an efficient and positive employee experience.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Daily Worker positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring administration.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Daily Worker candidates to support operational manpower requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor Daily Worker onboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and onboarding checklists are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and organize employee personnel files, ensuring all mandatory documents, forms, and checklists are properly filed and updated.
- Ensure employee data within HR systems is accurate, complete, and aligned with current employment status.
- Prepare employment documentation, contracts, and other HR administrative requirements related to Daily Workers.
- Support the HR Supervisor (DW Specialist) in offboarding processes, including preparation of employment certificates and separation documents.
- Ensure all onboarding, employment, extension, and offboarding records are properly documented and maintained.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure Daily Worker staffing needs are fulfilled efficiently and within required timelines.
- Generate and maintain recruitment and employee administration reports related to the Daily Worker workforce.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, preferably handling Daily Worker or operational workforce hiring.
- Previous experience in hospitality, beach clubs, hotels, resorts, restaurants, or similar high-volume operational environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Basic English, verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms such as Job Street, Linked In, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and administrative accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
