  • Understand the role of workforce planner and sourcing partners to the business., including execution of negotiated contract terms and conditions, monitoring cost and scope of assigned contracts to assure compliance, best value and validate/improve pricing. Will also be supporting in implementing scheduling and capacity planning to support multiple projects in-country.
  • Assisting the hiring manager or executive recruiter with recruitment duties.
  • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the HR Functional team.
  • Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
  • Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
  • Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
  • Conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Managing the résumé database.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field.
  • Previous experience working as a junior recruiter or sourcer is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
  • Good verbal and written English and Malay communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to conduct interviews over the phone and via live chat.
  • Good organizational skills.
Reporting Relationship:
Regional Head Experience & Education
  • Experience:

    Typically 5+ years in related staffing operations, often with regional/multi-country exposure.
  • Education:

    A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Business is common, though experience can sometimes substitute.
  • Strength in written communication skills and confidence.
  • Positive and professional, with the ability to thrive in fast paced situations and environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
