Amani Bank mencari profesional SDI/HR berpengalaman untuk menyusun kebijakan dan SOP SDM, serta mengelola administrasi kepegawaian secara rahasia. Kandidat akan mendukung perencanaan tenaga kerja berdasarkan RBB, membangun sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis KPI, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
Minimal S1 di bidang terkait, 3–5 tahun pengalaman di BPR/BPRS akan menjadi nilai tambah. Penempatan di Sudirman (MCC Tower) atau Ceger, Tangerang Selatan secara on-site.
