Location: South Tangerang
Matcha Talent is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HR Governance & Compliance) to lead HR governance, compliance, and organizational development for a rapidly growing real estate-focused client based in Bali, Indonesia.
Based in Bali with a hybrid work arrangement, you will partner with the Founder and executives to build scalable HR policies, standardize contracts and HR processes, and strengthen employee relations while ensuring Indonesian labor law compliance.
