Employee Relations & General Affairs Supervisor

Oversee end-to-end employee services (onboarding, active employment, and exit processes), including payroll, benefits, BPJS, and employee welfare administration

Manage and maintain positive industrial relations, including employee engagement programs and internal communications

Handle employee relations issues such as disciplinary actions, coaching & counseling, and termination processes

Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage related documentation (e.g., company regulations, manpower reporting)

Coordinate employee productivity improvement programs

Maintain and manage employee data, attendance, leave records, and HR reporting

Supervise general affairs operations including office administration, facilities, and asset management

Manage company assets such as buildings, vehicles, and office equipment to ensure proper utilization and maintenance

Handle vendor management including selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation

Coordinate permits and licenses with relevant authorities and ensure timely renewal

Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (government, communities, organizations)

Lead and develop team members to achieve performance targets

Execute additional tasks or projects assigned by management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HRGA or similar role, preferably at a supervisory level
Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices
Experience in handling employee relations and general affairs operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
