Location: South Tangerang
Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle within a project context: from project initiation and manpower planning, through contract management, project movement and support project management and employees by providing end-to-end HC services, aligning project needs with corporate HC policies, standards, and practices.
Main responsibilities:- Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operational activities on-site, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Act as the primary HC liaison between project management, employees, and the corporate HC function.
- Coordinate manpower planning and budget recruitment to ensure timely fulfillment of project manpower requirements.
- Confirm mobilization and demobilization plans with PMs and validate budget availability for new assignments.
- Facilitate internal employee mobility (transfers, rotations, and conversion) across various projects.
- Lead and facilitate performance appraisal, talent mapping, and development activities for project-based employees to support current and future projects for specific projects.
- Provide guidance and advisory on HC policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance to ensure smooth project operations.
- Create, update, and maintain HC project reports by compiling data from various sources and systems (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.).
- Support implementation of corporate HC initiatives (e.g., engagement survey, talent review, training programs) within project sites.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor HR compliance where applicable, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
- Serve as the primary HC point of contact for assigned Project Managers and HoDiv/HoDept on all workforce matters.
- Min. bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering)
- Min. 5-10 years of experience HC Project, HC Operations or related roles with a full understanding of HR functions and best practices; preferably with exposure to project-based or site operations.
- Have an experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, or Construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in project manpower management and coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision in dynamic project environments.
- Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Willing to travel for site visits and project-related activities as required.
