Location: South Tangerang
- Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits, including salaries, allowances, incentives, Tax, BPJS, insurance, leave, and other employee welfare programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with relevant internal teams and other stakeholders.
- Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary reviews to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Develop and continuously enhance employee benefit programs, and assess market-aligned, cost-effective benefit initiatives for potential implementation based on company needs.
- Maintain and analyze compensation, benefits, and payroll data, and prepare accurate periodic reports for management.
- Support annual salary reviews, Tax, and the implementation of other compensation-related programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian labor regulations and company policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of C&B policies, processes, systems, and controls.
- Support ad-hoc Human Capital projects and initiatives based on business needs.
