Actively search and find potential candidates via Linked In, job boards, and social media.
Review incoming CVs and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR screenings.
Assist candidates with personal data collection, filing, and keeping recruitment trackers up to date.
Provide general support for daily HR activities and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Final-year students or S1 Fresh Graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
Experience in IT Recruitment (sourcing & hiring tech talents like Developers/Engineers) is a strong plus.
Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in using Linked In, job boards, social media, and professional networks to actively engage candidates.
Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to use a personal laptop during the internship period.
