• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Law
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a law firm, commercial legal, or corporate legal setting
• High standard of integrity and work commitment, especially in creating preventive systems
• Strong leadership skills, ability to work as part of a team, and perform accurately under pressure
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills

• Draft, review, and create a variety of contracts while maintaining a list of customers, vendors/sub‑consumers, and all corporate requirements
• Ensure the organization’s internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
• Provide advice and guidance to various teams such as Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain Management, Customer, and Vendor regarding contract agreements
• Analyze all contract risks to the corporate business
• Review internal compliance issues or concerns related to data protection and develop action plans to resolve them
• Provide routine monthly activity reports to the superior and attend regular meetings as needed
