• Implement and ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, prioritizing people safety within the assigned provinces.
• Lead and manage daily operations including First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile within the assigned regions.
• Ensure the operations team adheres to the company's SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Achieve KPI targets aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Coach and develop team members based on the company's Learning & Development guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• 10+ years of experience in Xpress or logistics companies, managing multiple provinces or regions.
• Skilled in general logistics, transport operations, project management, people management, finance, and community engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  Kaizen and Lean skills are a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style, capable of demonstrating operational solutions on the floor.
• Experience with transport/freight management systems (TMS/FMS).
• Willing to be based in Kab. Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan, and open to travel across Indonesia.
