Managerial Responsibilities

• Manage and lead License & Permit team to Understand Organization Business Plan, understand related business process, identify and understand Organization needs, identify and understand regulations regarding business process, identify best scenario to be implied as a strategic plan regarding Organization form material in order to achieve following aspects:

• Best upside effect for the organization including profits, ensure Management and any other respected parties to take the advice;
• High legal compliance;

• Manage and lead team in implementing License & Permit activities and ensure service excellent delivery by understanding the business processes, the parties’ interest, understanding all of the related regulations, coordinate with respective parties, analyze and implement those factors into process the License and Permit.

Legal activities related to License & Permit

• Provide Legal Advice regarding License & Permit related to management strategic plan.
• Manage and Conducts Legal Actions for License & Permit activities to fulfill Organization’s obligations.
• Conducts due diligence regarding License & Permit in BINUS Organization.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance related to License & Permit to improve current BINUS’s Legal condition.
• Manage and monitor the License and Permit application process.

Key Area of responsibility

Work Management

• Manage the extension of License and Permit, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ensure the Records and monitor the document of License and Permit in BINUS Organization.
• Designs Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) regarding operational for the field of License and Permit.
• Develop High Quality due diligence Report and giving Strategic Advice to improve current BINUS’s Legal condition in the field of Corporate License & Permit, and License & Permit of School and Informal Education Area.

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to Direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement for operational process regarding License & Permit Legal.
• Perform activities related to quality management system.

• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.

• Have 3 years in supervisory level , or minimum 7 years experience in related area
