Property Management, Program / Project Manager
Focused on providing technical work product of a high quality to the client including items such as on site representation, documentation, cost control and time management. Responsible for managing a project’s technical effort including leadership of project team and coordinating work with the various project entities to meet deadlines and budgets.
Main Job- Handle repair requests and resident complaints related to building issues, housing facilities, and surrounding areas.
- Quickly identify and diagnose problems, and perform minor repairs independently.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repair work.
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections, record findings, and prepare reports on building conditions and repair progress.
- Update defect data and owner complaints in the system/Google Sheet regularly.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for units through the company’s internal application.
- Perform routine checks on show units and ensure they are always clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and operational procedures.
- Knowledge of construction practices, principles of construction management and project controls, with working knowledge in areas including scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, and construction techniques.
- Knowledge of personnel and project management techniques including budgeting, leadership, training and business development.
- Ability to provide leadership and training to other team members and manage project teams.
- Ability to provide direct client contact and client care.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with others including contractors, owners, and subconsultants regarding work assignments.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate development, or real estate related discipline such as project management, architecture, engineering, construction management or real estate investment.
- Works well within teams and possesses experience coordinating/managing projects, meeting deadlines and budgets, and coordinating the efforts of team members.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative with the ability to make decisions independently combined with an ability to work collaboratively.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
- Must have great attention to detail and work well under pressure.
- Resourceful, able to assist in finding solutions and problem solving.
- Possesses a ‘no task is too small attitude’ and is a fast-learner.
- Have driver license and own transportation.
