Warehouse Manager; FMCG

As a Warehouse Manager (FMCG) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse facility in Tangerang Banten. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products to customers.

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping
• Oversee the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures to maintain optimal stock levels
• Supervise and train a team of warehouse personnel to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Analyse warehouse performance data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to optimise the flow of goods and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
