• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position or higher.
• Good knowledge of Quality Safety and Environmental Systems, inspection, investigation, audit process, and reporting
• Familiar with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 (Quality),
  ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Certified Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Certified in SMK3
  .
• Proficient in risk management, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation planning
• Experience in root cause analysis and incident investigation to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor QHSE training programs to enhance safety awareness
• Strong capability in implementing and continuously improving QHSE management systems aligned with ISO standards
• Effective leadership, influencing, motivation, coordination, and communication skills across a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to rally technical, functional, and business management support to enable manufacturing objectives and goals.
• Effective coaching, presentation, and team-building skills.

• HSE Program Development
  :
  Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs aligned with current standards and regulations.
• Safety Equipment Management
  :
  Ensure the availability and proper functioning of safety equipment.
• Regulatory Compliance
  :
  Ensure that all activities comply with current regulations.
• Training
  :
  Develop and deliver HSE training programs for all employees to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols and procedures.
• Team Management
  :
  Lead, motivate, and develop the production team. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Inspections and Audits
  :
  Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Safety & Compliance
  :
  Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment and implement safety training programs.
• Continuous Improvement
  :
  Periodically assess HSE performance and propose improvement actions. Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
