Ensure OD programs are scalable, sustainable, and impact-driven

• Strong experience in Organization Development / HR Strategy at a managerial or general manager level
• Proven exposure to large or complex organizations (holding group experience is a plus)
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
