Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and acquire tenants in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
- Conduct partnership negotiations and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Supervise and ensure tenant operations run in accordance with agreements and company standards.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support smooth tenant operations.
- Evaluate tenant performance and monitor market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial-level experience in a similar role.
- Experience in commercial leasing / tenant management, preferably in the modern market sector.
- Familiar with handling tenant operations and daily commercial activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be located in Paramount Petals, Curug.
