Manager Merchandising

Lead and manage all merchandising activities from product development to final shipment.

Act as the main liaison between buyers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Develop short and long-term merchandising strategies to increase efficiency, margin, and order capacity.

Review costing and pricing strategy to align with company’s target margin.

Oversee T&A planning and ensure all product development and production timelines are achieved.

Lead communication with buyers and coordinate with production, QA/QC, and logistics teams.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and identify improvement areas.

Support management with reports and data-driven insights for decision-making.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Textile, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related major) more preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in garment merchandising/export business, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience handling international buyers (e.g., Walmart, Amazon, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of garment supply chain, costing, material sourcing, and shipment process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Able to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
