- Mengatur schedule penjadwalan kerja barista
- Mengerjakan dan mengawasi semua administratif store (Logbook, Barista Apps, Inventory, dan rekap laporan sales)
- Memastikan dan menjaga store dalam keadaan baik, bersih, dan sesuai dengan ketentuan aturan yang ditetapkan
- Aktif dan komunikatif dengan atasan (area manager)
- Mampu melakukan pengembangan kepada timnya
- Disiplin dan mampu menjadi role model yang baik untuk timnya
- Mampu beradaptasi dengan berbagai perubahan aspek dalam perusahaan
