The role focuses on overseeing the entire transport process flow, ensuring that the distribution process follows the shipping plan, supervising team performance and collaborating with other departments such as Logistic Support and Supply Chain.

• Overlook the entire transport process flow.
• Ensuring the distribution process follows the shipping plan.
• Monitoring and supervising team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Logistic Support, Supply Chain, etc).

• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Transport Head/Supervisor or similar role.
• Experienced in leading team is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatra & West Kalimantan Area.
