Memimpin dan mengawasi aktivitas harian tim Desk Collection. Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, dan coaching untuk meningkatkan performa agent.
Menangani eskalasi kasus serta memastikan proses penagihan berjalan sesuai SOP dan regulasi. Menyusun laporan performa tim dan melakukan analisa untuk meningkatkan produktivitas.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Team Leader/Supervisor Desk Collection. Memahami proses collection fintech, DPD, dan strategi penagihan.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, dan komunikasi yang baik. Menguasai Microsoft Excel untuk reporting dan analisa data.
