Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Landscape Supervisor or Manager.
• Preferred: experience in landscape or site supervision within the property industry.

• Plan, manage, and oversee landscape projects from budgeting, execution, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor, inspect, and evaluate landscape works, including complaint resolution, contractor performance, and overall project quality.
• Lead the contractor selection and tender process, provide value engineering recommendations, and ensure project activities comply with company procedures and applicable standards.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate Landscape Site Supervisors while providing technical direction and operational decisions to project teams and contractors.
