Club Facilities & Operations Manager

1. Lead and supervise the technical and facilities team to maintain high operational standards.

2. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all building systems and equipment.

3. Manage and control the facilities budget, material procurement, and cost-efficiency strategies.

4. Monitor vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met.

5. Coordinate with external contractors and relevant government agencies regarding repairs, upgrades, and certifications.

6. Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.

7. Lead emergency response procedures related to facility issues.

8. Oversee and evaluate accurate documentation, reports, and records related to building operations.

9. Support business continuity by ensuring uninterrupted facility operations.

10. Carry out all instructions given by management.

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Facility Management or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility operations, or at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.

3. High integrity and strong problem-solving skills.

4. Good understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and structural maintenance.

5. Proficient in planning, budgeting, and controlling maintenance costs.

6. Familiar with relevant regulations, including workplace safety and environmental compliance.

7. Skilled in leading teams, managing vendors, and overseeing outsourced facility services.

8. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

10. Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of safety and service.

11. Has an interest in sports, reflected in an active lifestyle and the ability to maintain fitness and foster team spirit.
