Location: South Tangerang

Develop, review and update comprehensive OHS policies, procedures and guidelines, across stores, SSC, and DC environments tailored to the retail environment (particularly health/beauty products) and legal requirements.
Ensure all Stores, SSC, and DC comply with applicable national and local H&S laws and regulations.
Conduct routine H & S risk assessments and inspections at all locations to identify potential hazards (including ergonomics, chemical/hazardous product handling, and store safety) and implement effective preventive or corrective actions based on instructions from the Group and in collaboration with DC and Store Operations.
Design and conduct H&S training programs (induction, regular, specific) for all employees, including store management, on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and safe material/product handling.
Lead and manage the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine the root cause and recommend/implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Manage and test emergency response plans (e.g., fire evacuation procedures, first aid) at all locations, including conducting regular evacuation drills.
Create and maintain accurate H&S records (incidents, training, audits, permits) and prepare regular H&S performance reports for senior management.

Qualification

Education:

Bachelor's degree from all majors and have K3 certification from the government.
Work Relevant Experience :
Minimum 5-7 year work experience in the Safety field.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Possess recognized professional H&S certifications (e.g., Certified H&S Expert, OHSAS/ISO 45001).
In-depth understanding of Indonesian H&S laws, regulations, and standards (including those specific to retail, material/hazardous substance handling).
Proficiency in conducting H&S audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations using root cause analysis methodology.
Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).
