- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing brand activations, in‑store promotions, pop‑ups, and PR events across Indonesia — from preparation to on‑ground coordination.
- Support the rollout of POP MART’s PR and marketing campaigns in the t to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with shopping malls, event organisers and retail partners to secure event spaces and ensure smooth execution.
- Track and report on event performance, media coverage and customer feedback, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in researching and identifying relevant local festivals, cultural events and high‑traffic venues for potential brand exposure.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support creative ideas and tactical planning.
- All other duties or projects as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, PR or activations, preferably within retail, lifestyle or youth‑focused consumer brands.
- Hands‑on experience in coordinating campaigns and events from preparation to execution.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, shopping culture and seasonal trends.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- English as the working language, with Bahasa as a second language. Proficiency in both is required.
