Overview
Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a Marketing and Communication Manager to plan, develop, and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand image, visibility, and market positioning. This role oversees online and offline marketing activities to support room revenue, F&B outlets, events, and overall hotel promotions. The position ensures brand consistency in accordance with corporate and brand standards, manages media relations, digital platforms, social media, advertising, and promotional materials, and collaborates with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to deliver effective campaigns.
The Marketing and Communication Manager also supervises creative content, monitors marketing performance, manages budgets, and coordinates with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximize exposure and ROI.

Responsibilities- Plan, develop, and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand image and market positioning.
- Oversee online and offline marketing activities to support room revenue, F&B outlets, events, and hotel promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency in accordance with corporate and brand standards.
- Manage media relations, digital platforms, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to deliver effective communication campaigns.
- Supervise creative content, monitor marketing performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to maximize exposure and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel branding, digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Proven experience in handling media relations, advertising, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficient in marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Good budgeting, negotiation, and vendor management skills
