Location: South Tangerang

Overview

Manage and optimize online stores (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop) to maximize visibility, conversion, and sales performance. Execute and monitor online advertising campaigns (Tokopedia Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and analyze performance metrics to guide improvements. Support content planning and execution — ensuring that product listings, visuals, and copy align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Conduct regular performance reporting, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for sales and marketing strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product and promotional consistency across platforms. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand exposure and increase sales.
  • Design and execute awareness and communication plans for brands, integrating internal and external resources to expand shop tab influence and exposure through content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, etc.
  • Control the entire process of user insights, brand campaign positioning, and conduct digital analysis of marketing effectiveness for meticulous management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials for brand campaigns and generate viral marketing effects.
  • Responsible for increasing the awareness of brand campaigns, including defining the positioning of the campaigns and developing marketing strategies both inside and outside the platform to enhance awareness of brand campaigns and attract organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with brand guidelines and drive growth across Tokopedia, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, and other major platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling brand campaigns, including marketing, ads, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend analysis, and best practices for Tik Tok Shop; experience with Shopee, Lazada, etc.
  • Prior experience running or managing an online business — whether personal or professional — is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tik Tok Shop) and understanding of their advertising tools.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Ads Manager (Meta/Tik Tok), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Creative yet analytical — able to turn data insights into actionable plans.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience from beauty / perfume brand is preferred.
  • GMV exceeding minimum 8 billion per month on each platform.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Detail oriented and willing to learn.
