KOL​/Affiliate Manager; SEA Markets

We’re looking for a KOL / Affiliate Manager to grow our affiliate and partner network across Southeast Asian markets through active outreach and relationship building. This role is fully focused on searching, contacting, onboarding, and scaling new affiliates and KOLs.

• Actively search, identify, and recruit affiliates and KOLs across SEA markets
• Build and scale a local and regional affiliate network from scratch
• Conduct daily outreach via Instagram, Telegram, X (Twitter), Linked In, email, forums, and communities
• Communicate partnership terms and onboard new affiliates
• Support affiliates during activation and campaign launches
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners
• Coordinate promotions, launches, and campaigns with affiliates
• Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Design, and Compliance teams

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, KOL/influencer marketing, or business development
• Strong experience in manual search and outbound outreach
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
• Other languages as a plus

• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely

• Existing network of SEA affiliates or KOLs

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
