Job Description:

• Supervise all aspects of the Floor area, ensuring daily restaurant operations run according to SOPs.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee and coordinate Floor activities, resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
• Organize employee shift schedules.
• Report regularly on work/tasks to the Outlet Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum education:
  
  High School/ Vocational School.
• At least 2 years of experience in F&B; experience in a Korean restaurant is a plus.
• Well-groomed and tidy appearance.
• Good attitude, honest, responsible, and agile.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Communicative and able to work well in a team; possesses good leadership skills.
• Full-time, willing to work on holidays.
• Able to work in a non-halal restaurant.
• Proficient in English.
