Location: Indonesia - PTAMI

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in delivering high-quality culinary experiences at sea.
• Understand international cuisines, recipes, culinary processes, and food safety practices.
• Adhere to recipes, production schedules, and manage ingredient consumption to minimize waste.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, comply with regulations, uphold company values, and maintain professional relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as Commis Chef or similar in a culinary environment.
• Culinary education preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
• Understanding of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
