We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one educational consultations to prospective students and/or parents, introducing and explaining English Academy’s programs and benefits, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge to deliver accurate and compelling presentations.

• Provide one-on-one educational consultations to prospective students and/or parents
• Introduce and explain English Academy’s programs and benefits
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to deliver accurate and compelling presentations
• Assist and guide clients through the enrollment and payment process
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and follow-ups
• Participate in on-site and off-site marketing events to help increase brand visibility and lead generation

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, education consultancy, or direct marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and presentable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Passionate about education and helping others achieve their learning goals
• Willing to support and actively contribute to marketing and promotional events
