Sales Development Rep/SDR, Inside Sales, Sales Representative, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to understand their needs.
- Provide detailed product and service information, promptly addressing customer inquiries.
- Prepare and provide necessary sales documents to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to closing deals.
- Qualify leads and assess their readiness for the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and refinement of pre-sales materials and presentations.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Organize and track weekly/monthly meetings and sales pipelines, ensuring timely report updates and target monitoring.
- Stay well-informed about the company’s product portfolio and services.
- Build and maintain a customer database, providing regular updates.
- Support company operations and global initiatives with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements- At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities.
