ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-sales activities for data center projects.
Calculate material requirements, manpower, and project timelines.
Prepare RAB (Cost Estimation) and commercial proposals.
Analyze cost risks and provide efficiency recommendations.
Identify new project opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to win tenders.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare project progress reports and business opportunity updates.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical background preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Estimator, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in data center or electrical projects.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, RAB preparation, and tender processes.
Able to read and understand SLD drawings and material specifications.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
