Sales Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in a similar company and in the sales field, including experience leading a sales team

Strong ability to work with targets and under pressure

Solid understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

Experienced in B2B, B2C, or a specific industry

Develop and implement sales strategies in line with company targets and business objectives

Prepare monthly and annual sales plans

Define sales targets and execution strategies for the sales team

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets

Conduct coaching, training, and regular performance evaluations

Manage sales recruitment needs in coordination with the HR team

Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved

Manage the sales pipeline and support closing of major deals and key accounts

Monitor and control daily sales activities (calls, visits, follow-ups)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Handle customer complaint escalations professionally

Lead contract negotiations and strategic partnerships

Improve customer retention and repeat business

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Analyze sales performance and market trends

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and provide improvement recommendations to management

Coordinate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams

Identify new market opportunities and sales channels

Analyze competitors, pricing, and market positioning

Provide input for product or service development based on customer need
