Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow solvent sales to existing customers, ensuring stable volume and long-term partnership.
• Develop new customers and expand market coverage across key industries (e.g., Coating & Paint, Resin, Adhesive, Industrial Cleaning, Agrochemical).
• Identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and market gaps to grow product portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales with target margin.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the key contact for daily business coordination.
• Support customers on product selection, application needs, and supply planning.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up to achieve service KPI.
• Monitor market price movements, competitor activities, and supply-demand trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to manage pricing strategy and improve pocket margin.
• Support management on sales forecast, budgeting, and performance reporting.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfillment.
• Work with Credit Control / Finance to manage payment terms, overdue risk, and customer credit exposure.
• Ensure all transactions follow company policy, compliance, and safety standards.

• Prepare monthly sales reports including volume, margin, customer status, and market updates.
• Update sales pipeline and customer development plan regularly.
