We're seeking ambitious Junior Sales Managers to develop our distribution network and project pipeline. This is a performance-based opportunity ideal for self-motivated sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.

• Identify and recruit new distributors across Indonesia
• Develop relationships with architects, developers, and contractors
• Generate project leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new distribution partners
• Represent our premium Italian brands professionally

• Strong sales drive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction/tile industry (preferred)
• Self-starter who thrives in commission-based structures
• Professional communication skills (English required, Italian a plus)
