Kualifikasi
- Minimal 5–8 tahun pengalaman di Sales/CRM di klinik kecantikan, healthcare, dental, beauty product, atau retail multi-branch
- Minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales Manager / CRM Manager / Commercial Manager
- Pernah mengelola revenue skala Rp10–20 M+/bulan (akumulasi cabang)
- Berpengalaman:
- Mengelola database pasien (segmentasi dan market behavior)
- Familiar dengan: CRM tools / POS klinik / WA API / dashboard penjualan
- Keahlian kuat dalam analisa data dan leadership
