Resin Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

PT Kansai Prakarsa Coatings is currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Resin Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for driving resin product sales growth, strengthening market presence, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve resin product sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in resin markets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide technical and commercial support
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and customer needs assessment
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and marketing plans
• Support promotional and marketing activities to increase product awareness
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to management

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in resin, chemical, or coating industry sales
• Strong knowledge of resin products and market applications is preferred
• Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Target‑oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
