Location: Kerobokan
The Pre-Qualifying Agent connects with potential villa owners to assess whether they’re a good fit for BMV’s full-service management model. Your mission is to qualify leads before passing them to senior managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Call and follow up with villa owners or developers.
- Explain BMV’s management system and advantages.
- Collect and input key property information into CRM.
- Schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain communication records and weekly reports.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Experience in customer service, real estate, or tourism is a plus.
- Organized and proactive attitude.
A performance-driven role with clear progression toward sales or business development management positions.
