Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand, represent and uphold the integrity of the Accor Vacation Club brand at all times and in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Represent Accor Vacation Club in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion to foster good working relationships with all customers and guests, internal and external, in line with company values.
- Conduct sales presentations as requested by sales management.
- Convert sales presentations into sales at set levels of performance in accordance with sales KPIs, ensuring consistency in meeting or exceeding the set sales KPIs.
- Maintain and update as required all sales information and materials used for presentations.
- Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and year to date.
- Introduce guests attending sales presentations to the Accor Live Limitless Program (ALL) and enrol them in the program.
- Complete follow‑up process with new Members after they have purchased a membership.
- Liaise with new Members to bring in quality referrals.
- Attend Member events or any other company/sales functions as requested from time to time.
- Maintain professional relationships with Members.
- Efficiently manage any disgruntled Members/guests appropriately and in line with the company’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure an accurate representation of the products at all times.
- Complete all sales training sessions, LADS and sales compliance testing as requested by management.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and company requirements including but not limited to ASIC, AFSL, T&C, Occupational Health and Safety, AVC Policies and Procedures.
- Actively participate as a positive, focused and motivated member of the sales team, ensuring alignment to the Code of Conduct and company values.
- Complete other tasks that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Previous experience in a sales environment; experience in Timeshare sales desirable.
- Strong knowledge and application of sales and closing techniques (such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating and closing a sale).
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication, listening, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑centric focus with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven sales environment.
- Team member with strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others.
